  • Specialties: Couples & Family Counseling, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Trauma, Life Transitions

Paige is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and her Master’s degree in Counseling Education from Western Michigan University. She works with teens (16+), adults, and couples, supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, and has a growing passion for working with couples and families to improve communication and rebuild emotional connection. Paige takes an eclectic approach to therapy, thoughtfully integrating several evidence-based methods based on each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): An evidence-based therapy that supports the brain in reprocessing distressing memories, helping clients reduce triggers, improve resilience, and regain emotional stability.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT helps clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another and develop practical tools for managing anxiety, stress, and negative thinking patterns.
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): DBT strategies help clients strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Person-Centered Therapy: This approach emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, creating a safe space where clients can explore their experiences openly.
  • Solution-Focused Therapy: Solution-focused strategies help clients identify strengths, build on existing resources, and move toward meaningful goals.

These approaches help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing practical tools for lasting change.
