Making Care Accessible for All

Beginning therapy often starts with practical questions: Will my insurance cover this? Can I afford ongoing care? At Console Counseling, we believe those concerns should never stand in the way of healing. Our goal is to make compassionate, high-quality therapy accessible so individuals, couples, teens, and families can focus on what truly matters—growth, connection, and emotional well-being.

Insurance Coverage That Supports Your Care

We currently accept several insurance providers, including Blue Cross, Blue Care Network, Priority Health, Aetna, United Healthcare, ASR, TriCare, Champs, Molina, Medicare, and Medicaid. Our administrative team can help clarify benefits and guide you through the process so you feel confident beginning care.

For those paying out of pocket, standard self-pay rates typically average $190 for an initial intake session and $175 for therapy sessions, depending on the therapist.

Sliding Scale for Greater Accessibility

Because we believe healing should be accessible to everyone, our therapists also offer a sliding scale between $50 and $120 per session based on qualifying income.

Whether therapy involves mindfulness practices, thoughtful conversations about relationships, or practical tools for managing anxiety, the focus remains the same: creating “An Inclusive Space for Connection, Healing, and Growth.”
