Yesica Ramirez, LMSW

Master of Social Work - Grand Valley State University

I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for supporting people through their growth, healing, and self-discovery. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Grand Valley State University, and I’ve been working with children, teens, and adults since 2018.

My background is rooted in school social work and crisis response, where I’ve had the privilege of helping students and families navigate challenges both in and outside the classroom. I’m especially passionate about working with youth, but I also enjoy supporting adults as they work through anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and autism spectrum-related concerns.

In addition to my experience in schools and community programs, I’ve also worked in private practice settings. I'm bilingual in Spanish and English, and I care deeply about creating a space that’s welcoming and affirming—especially for Spanish-speaking clients and those who identify as LGBTQIA+.

I believe in meeting people where they are and building a safe, compassionate space to explore their experiences. Whether I’m helping a child learn to manage big emotions or walking alongside an adult through life transitions, my goal is always to listen, support, and empower people to become brighter, more beautiful versions of themselves.
